"How often do you clean my bins?"
We provide professional bin cleaning service once per calendar month with your subscription.
"How much does it cost per month?"
Our standard monthly subscription is $29.99.
We also have bi-monthly (every other month) and quarterly (every three months) plans available. All subscription plans include cleaning for up to two (2) bins per address.
"What days do you provide service?"
We operate Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays. Your specific service day will be assigned based on your location and our route schedule.
"What areas do you service?"
We currently service Sarasota zip codes 34232, 34241, and 34233. We're continuously expanding our service area!
"What types of bins do you clean?"
We clean residential trash bins, recycling bins, and yard waste bins - any combination of two bins is included in your subscription.
"How many bins are included in the standard service?"
Our standard subscription covers up to two bins per address.
"Do I need to be home during service?"
No! As long as your bins are accessible and we have permission to use your outdoor water supply, we can clean while you're away.
"How long does the cleaning take?"
Typically 15-20 minutes per bin. We'll be in and out before you know it!
"Do you use my water supply?"
While we will usually carry our own water supply, we may under certain circumstances need to use your outdoor water connection to clean your bin(s). Our efficient process typically uses less water than hosing bins yourself!
"When will my first service be after signing up?"
New customers are scheduled within 1-2 weeks of signing up, depending on current route availability.
"What happens if it rains on my service day?"
If weather prevents service, we'll automatically reschedule for the next available date and notify you.
"What if my regular service day falls on a holiday?"
Where your regular service day falls on a federal holiday, we follow Sarasota county's holiday schedule.
"What cleaning methods do you use?"
We use professional-grade pressure washing equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions to sanitize both interior and exterior surfaces.
"Does your service eliminate odors?"
Yes! Our cleaning process removes bacteria and sanitizes bins, eliminating existing odors and helping prevent new ones.
"How do I cancel service?"
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. Since this is a subscription service, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
"How do I change my service plan?"
If you would like to switch to a different service plan, please cancel your current subscription plan and select a new one from our home page.
"Can I change my service day?"
While we operate on optimized routes, we'll do our best to accommodate schedule change requests. Contact us to discuss options.
