SERVICE POLICY

Service Schedule & Delivery

Service provided once per calendar month per subscription.

New customers scheduled within 1-2 weeks of signup, depending on route availability.

We reserve the right to modify service schedules due to holidays, weather, or other factors.

Service Scope

Covers cleaning of up to two (2) trash bins per residential address.

Includes exterior and interior pressure washing of standard residential waste bins.

Water supply sourced from the customer's residential connection.

Provider not responsible for damage caused by cleaning unless due to gross negligence.

Non-standard bins (hazardous waste, construction debris, oversized bins) not included.

Bins must be in reasonable condition; excessively filthy or damaged bins may be refused service.

Access & Requirements

Customer must ensure bins are accessible and empty on service day.

Permission granted for provider to access property and use water supply.

Provider not responsible for water usage charges.

Customer confirms ownership/authority to authorize service.

Subscription & Billing

Service automatically renews monthly.

Payment due in advance.

Changes or cancellations must be submitted 7 days before the next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs after the billing cycle, there will be no refunds for that month. Customers can choose to have the service completed for that month, or notify us not to complete the service, but no refunds will be issued.

Service Limitations

Service not provided on federal holidays.

Make-up service scheduled at provider's discretion.

Provider not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages from non-service.

Property & Liability

Customer confirms ownership/authority.

Provider not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

Report any service-related issues within 24 hours.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold provider harmless from claims, damages, or expenses from service.

Service Termination

Provider reserves the right to terminate service at any time.

No refunds for prepaid services if termination due to customer policy violation.

Termination reasons: unsafe conditions, repeated access issues, payment problems, inappropriate conduct, or any reason deemed necessary by management.

Written notice of termination with reason and effective date provided.

Service Modifications

Provider reserves the right to modify terms with 30 days notice.

Continued subscription after modification notice constitutes acceptance.

Force Majeure

Provider not liable for interruptions due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, equipment failure, acts of terrorism, or labor strikes.

Customer Responsibilities

Maintain accurate contact and billing information.

Maintain functional water supply.

Communicate special instructions or access codes.
